Shipping Policy

At Hamza Manpasand, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth as the fabrics we sell. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order from our hands to yours.

Processing Your Order

Once you place an order, our team gets to work packing it with care. This usually takes 1 to 3 business days, not counting weekends and public holidays. As soon as your parcel is handed over to the courier, we'll send you a confirmation so you know it's on its way.

How Long Will Delivery Take?

If you're in a major city like Lahore, Karachi, or Islamabad, you can expect your order within 2 to 4 business days. For other cities and more remote areas, it may take a little longer — usually 4 to 7 business days. Every parcel is different, and occasionally couriers run into delays beyond our control, such as bad weather or public holidays, so we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Charges

A flat delivery charge of Rs. 200 applies to most orders across Pakistan, with Rs. 250 for select remote locations. Shop for Rs. 5,000 or more, and shipping is on us.

Cash on Delivery

We know online shopping can feel like a leap of faith, which is why we offer Cash on Delivery on all orders across Pakistan. In some cases, our team may give you a quick call to confirm your order before it's dispatched — just to make sure everything reaches you without a hitch.

Tracking Your Parcel

Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number by SMS, email, or WhatsApp so you can follow its journey right up to your doorstep.

Our Courier Partners

We work with trusted names in the industry — including TCS, Leopards, and PostEx — to make sure your order arrives safely and on time.

If Something Goes Wrong

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, don't worry — just reach out to us. We'll look into it with the courier and keep you updated until it's sorted.

Please do double-check your address and phone number at checkout. Since deliveries are handled by our courier partners based on the details you provide, we're unable to take responsibility for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Shipping Outside Pakistan

At the moment, we deliver only within Pakistan. We're hoping to open up international shipping soon, so stay tuned.
